Grace Capuzzi, LCSW,

I recognize that seeking therapy can be difficult, so I hope to make your experience one that is collaborative and empowering. I work from a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective. I strive to create an inclusive therapeutic environment so that you feel supported and fulfilled. I’m prepared to help you work through anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions using a holistic therapeutic approach.
I am a graduate of Bryn Mawr College, Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, and a Board Certified Hypnotherapist. I use a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, CT-R, and Hypnotherapy to help clients succeed. Additionally, I have utilized hypnosis to help individuals overcome trichotillomania, smoking, public speaking, etc.
You can feel confident in my abilities as I have extensive experience working with individuals at all levels of care. I have crisis experience in diverse settings including those struggling with symptoms of psychosis, suicidal/homicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma anxiety, and depression.
