This is an audio of a hypnosis session that reinforces what clients learn throughout their 10 – 12 sessions.
Some people with very mild trich may find that listening to this audio will start to notice changes around hair pulling. I have even received emails from people who stopped pulling entirely.
Most suffering from trichotillomania, though, require more intensive, deeper sessions because they have suffered from trichotillomania for years.
NEVER listen while driving a car or operating any machinery or when your attention is required elsewhere.
Listen while in bed. Most find that they begin to sleep better as a result of listening.
After you have intentionally listened to the audio once, you can listen to it in the background while you watch TV or use your computer.
