Overcome Your Fear of Speaking in Public With Hypnosis
When you have a message to share and anxiety about speaking starts to take over, do you hold yourself back and stay quiet? Or do you power through the fear of speaking?
Through a series of private sessions, you will overcome those old feelings that take over whenever you speak. The anxiety, sweaty palms, increased heart rate, and the nagging feeling that others are judging you can disappear.
Most important, you learn to subconsciously reprogram your mind and body so you remain calm and confident – every time you speak in public.
Even though the tools and techniques you learn may feel like magic, they aren’t. Everything you learn and experience is based on science and how your mind and subconscious mind work.
Here’s part of an email I received from a client after he spoke at his company’s Annual Meeting:
“Wendy, I nailed it! Almost didn’t want it to be over. It was just like you said…so many people telling me what a great job I did. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. You changed my life.”
And here’s one from a financial executive after an important presentation to a room full of potential investors:
“I’m back from FL and crushed my speech last week. Thank you so much for all your help…we’ve been setting up meetings all week since I’m back!”
I share these with you, not to prove that I’m the answer you need, but to let you know that getting over the fear of speaking is possible. As you learn the science of how your subconscious mind works, you learn to take control of your thoughts, rather than allow those old anxious thoughts to control you.
You learn step-by-step how to make the permanent changes that will enable you to be in control every time you speak.
Like other clients who experience success through hypnosis, self-hypnosis, and Thought Training, to stop the pattern of feeling anxious and nervous, you can be free of those old anxieties.
Wendy,I am not an optimist by nature and wasn’t sure how things were going to work out. I was definitely skeptical, but as you will remember, I was very distraught at the thought of suddenly having to address a board of VP’s at a large multi-million dollar company that is nationally known. It was honestly, the calmest that I have ever been for a presentation. I was able to communicate all of my knowledge and excitement about a project to a high-level audience. I was a part of the conversation and it was freeing to speak unscripted.I have spent years hiding behind emails and doing all that I can to avoid these types of situations. I know that hurt my career because my work needs me to help with the buy in.So yes, I like the idea that I am cool and confident when I speak and I feel great!I can’t thank you enough.-Sarah M, Bryn Mawr, PA
